Morton - Adolph Andreoni, 85, of Morton, died at 12:04 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born May 8, 1924, in Langleyville, Ill., to Charles and Victoria (Tamburini) Andreoni. He married Betty Frank on Nov. 2, 1947, in Morton.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Andreoni of Morton; one son, Mike (Donna) Andreoni of Naperville; one daughter, Jill Andreoni of Toluca Lake, Calif.; two grandchildren, Ryan Andreoni and Kristen (Michael) Baldwin, both of Naperville; and one great-grandson, Lucas Baldwin of Naperville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ronald Andreoni.
He was a World War II Navy veteran.
Adolph worked as a sales representative for Wilson Paper Co. in Galesburg for many years, retiring in 1995.
He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Pekin and the Bradley “B” Club.
He was a former member of the Pekin Elks Lodge 1271.
