Morton - Shirley J. Teel, 78, of Morton, died at 2:55 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.
She was born April 25, 1931, in DuQuoin, Ill., to Sam and Lina (Jeremiah) Jacoby. She married Clifton D. Teel in January 1952 in DuQuoin.
Surviving are her husband of Morton; one daughter, Vickie (Ken) Clark of Decatur; two sons, Ricky (Julie) Teel of Morton and Randy (Pat) Teel of Pekin; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Perry Jacoby of Greenfield, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother and four sisters.
Shirley was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
